This document is intended to clarify to the users of the SwiftCollect website, operated by Swift Collect Ltd. (hereinafter “the Site” or “We” or “the Company”), how personal information concerning them is collected, stored, and processed.
“Personal Information” is any information about a person, including direct identifiers (name, address, phone number, email address) and indirect identifiers (IP address, location data, device identifiers, Cookies).
It is clarified that the user is under no legal obligation to provide us with personal information. The provision of information depends solely on the user’s free will and consent. However, without providing certain details (such as in the contact form), we may not be able to provide the user with a response.
The Site collects the following information:
Full Name.
Email Address.
Any information the user chooses to transfer via the contact and support forms.
User language preference.
IP Address.
Location data and usage data – via Google Analytics and similar statistical tools.
Cookies – for site operation, analysis, and improvement of the user experience.
Contacting applicants via the contact form or via the newsletter subscription form (mailing list) – with explicit consent from the user by checking the box before sending the form.
Sending updates and marketing content will be done solely subject to the user’s explicit consent. The email address can be removed from the mailing list at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.
Analysis of browsing data and site usage – a legitimate interest for improving the user experience and site operation.
The Site is not intended for minors under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If it becomes clear that information has been collected from a minor, the information will be deleted.
The Site uses services hosted outside of Israel, including Google Analytics and an external CRM. When transferring information abroad, reasonable measures are taken to maintain the privacy of the information.
The information may be stored or be accessible to:
Swift Collect Ltd.
The Site’s maintenance and development team.
Google Analytics – for the purpose of analyzing usage data.
External CRM for customer management.
The Site’s hosting provider, including its backup systems.
Personal Information will be retained as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected, and thereafter will be deleted or anonymized.
The Site operates under an HTTPS connection, strong passwords are used, ongoing security updates are performed, limited access permissions are maintained, and periodic backups are performed to a secure server.
According to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every user is entitled to:
Request to review the information stored about them.
Request correction of information.
Request deletion of personal information.
Object to the processing of their personal information.
