Adding your logo ensures that your automated reminders and payment pages reflect your brand identity, making them look professional and trustworthy to your customers.
Follow these steps:
- Go to Settings: Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the side navigation menu.

- Select company details tab.
- Upload Logo:
- Locate the “Company Logo” section.
- Click on the “Upload” button or drag and drop your image file into the designated area

- Format Requirements:
- Recommended File Types: PNG or JPG (PNG with a transparent background is best).
- Max File Size: 2MB.
- Dimensions: A square or horizontal rectangle (e.g., 500x500px) works best for the payment portal.
- Preview & Save: Once uploaded, check the preview to see how it looks.
- Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.
Pro Tip: Once you’ve uploaded your logo, send a test reminder to your own email to see exactly how your brand appears from the customer’s perspective.
