To ensure your automated reminders are sent at appropriate times, you need to define your company’s working hours and business days. SwiftCollect will use these settings to “queue” messages and send them only when your business is active.
Why is this important?
- Professionalism: Avoid sending payment reminders on weekends or late at night.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that if a customer calls back immediately after a reminder, someone is available to answer.
How to Configure Your Work Days:
- Navigate to Settings: Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the navigation menu.

2. Go to company details : Look for the “Business days” section.

- Select Working Days: Check the boxes for the days your business operates (e.g., Sunday through Thursday).
- Save Changes: Click “Save” to apply the schedule.
💡 How it works behind the scenes:
If a Playbook trigger is activated on a Friday night (a non-working day), SwiftCollect will automatically hold that message in a “Pending” state and send it as soon as your working hours begin on Sunday morning.
