The Reminders tab is the control center of SwiftCollect. It provides a real time log of every communication sent to your clients and gives you full transparency over your collection progress.
What is it & Why does it matter?
This screen tracks every action taken by your Playbooks. Instead of guessing if a client received an invoice, the system provides definitive proof. This allows you to see exactly which customers are engaging and where you might need to step in manually.
Where is it located?

1.Click on the Reminders tab on the side menu.

2.Here, you will see a list of all reminders sent or scheduled, organized by client name, what it’s triggered by, and status.

How to Manage Reminders Manually
While the system is fully automated, you still have total control:

3.Cancel a Specific Reminder: If you’ve agreed on a payment delay with a client, you can find their scheduled reminder and click Cancel to prevent it from being sent.

💡 Pro Tip: Filtering for Efficiency
Use the Filter bar at the top of the screen to view only “Failed” statuses. This is the fastest way to identify which customers have outdated contact information so you can fix them immediately.
