Manual Reminders

While SwiftCollect is built for automation, there are times when you might want to send a one time reminder manually for example, right after a phone call with a client or for a particularly urgent debt.
When to use a Manual Reminder?
  • When a customer asks you to “resend the payment link.”
  • When you’ve reached a personal agreement and want to send the invoice immediately.
  • When you want to send a customized message that isn’t part of your standard Playbook.
How to Send a Manual Reminder:

1. Go to the clients tab and Choose the client you want to remind.

2. Click the “send manual reminder button”.
3. Choose Your Channel: Email, WhatsApp, SMS or Call.
4. Select the Document you want to remind your client about.
5. Review the Content: You can use a pre-set template or edit the text on the spot to make it more personal.
6. Hit Send: Click “Send Now”.

 

⚠️ Please Note:
Sending a manual reminder does not stop your automated Playbook. If the customer is already in a sequence, the Playbook will continue as planned unless the invoice is marked as Paid or you manually pause the automation for that specific document.
