Customer Search & Filtering

Managing a large database of clients requires the right tools to find information quickly. SwiftCollect provides search and filtering capabilities to help you drill down into your customer list and focus on exactly who you need.
The Search Bar
The fastest way to find a specific client is using the search bar at the top of the Customers tab.
  • What you can search for: You can type a Customer Name, Email Address, or even a Business ID.
  • Instant Results: The list updates in real-time as you type, allowing you to find the right profile in seconds.
Advanced Filter
Filters allow you to “slice and dice” your customer list based on their status. This is essential for identifying groups of customers who need your attention.
The most useful filters include:
  • Status: Filter for only “Overdue” customers to see everyone who currently owes money.
  • Balance Range: Filter customers by the total amount they owe (e.g., “Show me only customers with a balance over ₪10,000”).
How to Apply and Clear Filters

1. Click “client on” the menu.

2. Open Filters: Click on “status” next to the search bar.
3. Select Criteria: Choose one or more conditions from the dropdown menus.
4. Apply: The list will instantly update to show only the customers matching your criteria.
5. To cancel the filter choose ‘status’ from the drop down menu.
⚠️ Please Note: Active Filters
If you are searching for a customer and cannot find them, check if any filters are active. A forgotten “Overdue” filter will hide all your “Paid” or “Pending” customers from the search results. Always make sure your filters are cleared when starting a new search.
