The Customer Portal is a secure, personalized web page where your clients can view their outstanding balance, download invoices, and make payments instantly. No login or password is required for the client they simply click the unique link in the reminder.
What can your customers do in the portal?
- View Total Balance: See exactly how much they owe across all open invoices.
- Download Documents: Access and download PDF copies of their invoices and credit notes.
- Make Instant Payments: Pay one or multiple invoices at once using their preferred payment method.
How to access the Customer Portal?
- For the Customer: Every automated Email reminder includes a
payment_link. Clicking this link takes them directly to their private portal.

2. For You (Admin): If you want to see what your customer sees:

- Go to the clients tab.

- Click on a specific customer.
- Click the “client view” button, and it’ll show you how the portal looks like.
