To automate your collections, SwiftCollect needs to sync with your accounting software. This connection allows us to automatically pull your open invoices, customer details, and payment statuses in real-time.
How to Connect Your Software:
1.Go to Settings: Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the side menu.

2. Go to “the invoice provider” tab.

3. Choose Your company’s invoice provider from the list (e.g., Priority, Morning, iCount, Green Invoice, Wizcount, etc.).

4. For Authentication you need to provide an API details, for each provider you choose there’s a short tutorial how to find the API details.

5. press “save”.

- Please Note: The first sync might take a few minutes depending on the number of records you have.
💡 What happens after the connection?
- Automatic Updates: Every time you create an invoice in your accounting software, it will appear in SwiftCollect automatically.
- Smart Reconciliation: When you mark an invoice as “Paid” in your accounting system, SwiftCollect will detect it and immediately stop any active Playbooks for that invoice.
- Data Integrity: Your accounting software remains the “Source of Truth.” SwiftCollect only reads the data to help you collect it.
