While credit card payments are the fastest way to get paid, some customers still prefer manual Bank Transfers. By adding your bank details to SwiftCollect, you ensure that customers who choose this method have all the information they need without having to call your office.
Where will these details appear?
Once configured, your bank details will be visible to your customers in their Customer Portal under the “Bank Transfer” payment option.
How to Add Your Bank Details:
- Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings (⚙️) icon in the side menu.

2. Go to Company Details: Select the “Payment and processing” tab.

3. click “add account” and enter the company’s bank account deatils.

4. Save Changes: Click “add account”.
