To maximize your collection rates, SwiftCollect allows you to reach customers where they are most active. Each channel has its own strengths, and using them together ensures no invoice goes unnoticed.
1. Email Reminders
Emails are best for sending the official invoice PDF and providing a detailed breakdown of the debt.
  • Best for: Pre-due reminders and the first “Overdue” notice.
  • Key Feature: You can attach the original invoice automatically.
2. WhatsApp Reminders
  • Best for: The actual Due Date or urgent follow ups.
  • Key Feature: SwiftCollect uses official WhatsApp templates to ensure your messages don’t get marked as spam.
3. SMS Reminders
SMS is short, professional, and doesn’t require an internet connection for the customer to receive the alert.
Best for: Quick “nudge” reminders.
4. Automated Voice Calls
For serious delays, an automated call can grab attention when digital messages are ignored.
  • How it works: The system calls the debtor and plays a pre recorded message or uses Text-to-Speech to read out their balance.
  • Best for: Invoices that are overdue.

In order to personalize your message :

  1. press the type of follow up you want to edit .
  2. you can personalize your messages by using the dynamic tags you have at the top right of the email content.
  3. you can add your official invoice by clicking the “Attach PDF”.
Please Note: the dynamic fields shows up only after you click anywhere on the email content.
  • What you see: “Hi customer_name, your balance is amount_due.”
  • What the customer sees: “Hi John Doe, your balance is ₪1,250.”
